Job description:
？Deliver and where possible exceed targets as set out in your KPI (Key Performance Indicator) ;
？Identify, develop and materialize the potential logistics business and right customers from domestic market;
？Promote the company’s service products;
？Find and design solution for customers to catch new business;
？Maintain relationships with local co-loaders and collect market information including service and rate;
？Constantly identify market and customer needs;
？Work out the tailor-made logistics solutions for customers’ specific needs;
？Monitor and be aware of local logistics market trends.
Requirements:
？Bachelor Degree in International Trade/Economy/Shipping/Logistics is preferred;
？Detail-oriented and able to work independently;
？Excellent communication and problem solving skills;
？Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is preferred;
？Proficiency in MS Office applications;
